What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The firm is very up-to-date on their technology. The atmosphere is creative and innovative. Management is competent. I enjoyed all of the staff I worked with.

What did you not like about this institution?
There is not much room for advancement here. The pay could be better.

Continue with your hiring efforts. Probably need to work with a human resources recruiter to bring in additional staff more quickly.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Agree with prior reviewer that this place is innovative and creative in its approach. The Firm supports its employees in their professional growth. I have worked at a lot of law firms and this firm is a really fun place to work compared to the typical stuffy law office environment. I disagree with the prior reviewer in that compensation for this firm is definitely competitive if you are good at your job. The firm focuses on results so those who can perform will definitely be rewarded. If you aren't good at your job then the firm doesn't fast track you so this is likely why the prior reviewer didn't experience growth or get an increase in pay.

What did you not like about this institution?
The firm was experiencing significant growth while I was there so they were short staffed. This placed a burden on staff at that time. I know management was working to correct this so it may not be an issue any longer.

There are no partners to avoid. Everyone there is nice. They told me during the interview that there is a no a-hole policy at the office and this turned out to be the true! :)

Really fun place to work. Creative and innovative in their approach. Professional freedom and growth if you are good. Road to nowhere if you suck but this place attracts superstars. Only sorry I had to move and am no longer able to work there.

Embracing innovative advancements. Opened door policy with attorneys and top management. Training is well prepared. Truly a great learning atmosphere.

None. All attorneys are friendly and easy to talk to. I personally had to leave due to career changing decision.

Cooperation between attorneys and staff/legal assistants is outstanding. Great staff meetings at the end of month.

HL Law Group P.A is a growing law firm and is one of the best workplaces I have worked. The environment is very friendly, easy going and promotes employee growth.

There are no reasons that can be provided why HL Law group would not be a good be fit.

All partners are friendly and easy going, you are able to ask any of the attorneys a question that they are happy to answer.

I like that all the employees are friendly and very willing to help. I like that management and HR treats all employees the same despite their role in the firm. There are many employment opportunities in the firm and management promotes career growth within the firm.

I would advise the firm management to keep up the great work and keep the positive culture alive.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The firm has a great work environment and a very good culture. Everyone is always willing to help and provide any assistance if needed. The firm prides itself on an open door policy, and a positive work environment for all workers. Definitely a great firm to be a part of. If you show up and do what you must and try your best then you will love it here.

What did you not like about this institution?
I can not think of any reasons why I would not want to work here, everyone is respectful, easy to talk to, and understanding that everyone is human and makes mistakes from time to time.

Keep doing the trial-and-error thing. This is the only way to get the Firm in the place you would like. You are well on the way to achieving the name and brand you deserve.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Lots of responsibility and good opportunities for training and growth. Great team culture. Lots of outings and laughs. Emphasis on meeting client needs and building strong teams. Overall, a comfortable and challenging place to work. Small Firm feel with Big Firm vision.

Lots of experiments with process to improve efficiency. Sometimes, this can be tiring. All well-intentioned and necessary.
