What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
My advice is to upgrade, hire more members to the team and get more work for everyone. This way you can pay us a little more and give us some incentives to work harder like bonuses.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
It's a small firm but to my surprise the cases are big cases. I was able to learn a lot working at this firm. This is one of those small companies that will show you the ropes and allow you to really see what the big cases are all about and give you some freedom as well.

What did you not like about this institution?
They're small so they can't pay as much or have the benefits that you would expect at some of the bigger ones. Long hours because the firm is small.
