What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
It is ok to have people stay after every so often. I don't foresee it being aneveryday thing, but I would be ok with staying after every so often to help with cases that might need more attention than usual. The firm needs to realize sometimes that it is just needed.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
One of the things that I am proud of with working at this firm is that the staff and the attorneys are all compassionate and caring with clients. Anyone can walk into the doors and need help and every one of them will leave feeling that they had a friend helping them with their law problems. The hours are perfect and I felt like I had a normal work/personal life and so did all the staff there.

What did you not like about this institution?
They do value having a life outside of work, but that is at the expense of having a larger work load on the hours you are there. They sometimes want you to work fast so you aren't kept longer.
