Management is extremely knowledgeable and genuinely cares about the clients and the employees, more than themselves and 'their pockets.' You'll never feel pressured or have to worry about mistakes, and will be given plenty of tools to be successful and grow. Also, the staff is so welcoming and the office overall is very positive environment to be in.
