You can’t decide what you want us to do. Stop changing your work goals so much. Do you people even know what you are doing.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Nothing really. Maybe free t-shirts

What did you not like about this institution?
There are so many reasons not to work there. Poor management! Too many broken promises. Poorly designed office spaces which are all cubicles. No personal space to yourselves. Video and audio surveillance of all staff all day. All phone calls are recorded. Do not believe there sales pitch. Don’t walk. Run away.

Avoid Lindsay. She is crazy. She likes to spy on people so she can be a bully and she is always on a power trip

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I have never loved a job as much as I love this one! Extremely positive, fun, empowering environment with hard-working people who genuinely care. If you want to get paid for not doing your job, this is not the job for you. But if you have a solid work ethic and enjoy doing good work with good people, you will thrive. I've never felt "watched" or "bullied." Management across the board is wonderful and extremely reasonable, patient, encouraging, and kind.

What did you not like about this institution?
It is located far from my house.

How could this employer run its business to employees or the public better?
Positive, encouraging, fun environment. Employees are hard-working and seek to improve the efficiency and fun in the office.

Rebecca, myself, Laurene, and Kenny make up the management team. The management team will always have the firm's best interest at heart. We are dedicated, loyal, sympathetic, supportive, and selfless. We work as a team to make the firm the best it can be!

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Rebecca is one of the most caring people I have ever met! Rebecca goes above and beyond for her employees by making us feel special every day, and she makes it a point to make each employee feel acknowledged and appreciated. With the homey decor, free refreshments, and smiling staff, the environment in all of our offices is positive and inviting!

What did you not like about this institution?
You don't want to work here if you aren't willing to do the work. We have high expectations for our employees. We strive for excellent customer service, and we thrive on strong work ethic.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I have been a part of RKS Law Firm for a little over a year, and I am very happy that I joined this Team! I think the reason that RKS is such a great place to work is because Rebecca truly cares about everyone here, and wants them to be happy and successful. Rebecca finds unique ways to show her appreciation, and to celebrate successes, individually and as a Team! I have been a part of several Fortune 100 Companies during my many years in Leadership positions, and I enjoy working with this Team, at Rebecca Kay Sapp Law Firm as much, if not more than any Company I have ever worked with! This is just a great Firm to come to work with each day!
