What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Keep making this a great and an enjoyable place to work, but try and make it so that employees don't have to work such long hours.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
From being hired at this firm, I have learned quite a lot. It has made me a better person in my career and has allowed for me to grow into myself.
What did you not like about this institution?
Working long hours sometimes isn't a surprise and does happen. It is to be expected given the type of business that it is. So, it is what it is.
