Clearwater Law Group needs to offer its employees a base salary instead of fostering a culture that encourages billing its clients as much as possible

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Clearwater Law Group is a reasonably priced law firm offering a wide range of legal services for its clients with flexible payment plans.

What did you not like about this institution?
Clearwater Law Group doesn't listen to its clients concerns, only has a few lawyers. Most of its lawyers are inexperienced, and the owner is arrogant. The 30 min free consultation only lasts a few minutes if the firm doesn't think you have the money to pay for their services, especially if you're a minority. Pay is based purely on billable hours collected making it more like a sales position.

5.A very productive but fun and great place to work at.Paralegal (Current Employee) - Kennewick, WAI have been in the professional field for over 20 years. I have worked for big and small companies and I was afraid that after deciding to resign from my job of 15 years and after commuting for 4 of those years, I would not find a workplace with the same goals and work environment. From day one and after 3 months of employment, this is still the place I want to grow roots at.Clearwater Law Group is an ethical company that cares about their clients and employees. They have great attorneys that will fight for you to the best of their abilities and the owners are amazing people to work for. One of the things I appreciate is that they hold monthly productive and FUN meetings (with yummy lunch is a plus) to go over important things and to address office concerns and comments.ProsBosses that care. Great environment. Free food, snacks, beverages is a little plus.ConsStressful but it is the nature of the job with high rewards.
