What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I wish that certain departments were housed in one office and some in another, though it may just be more efficient to keep it as it is.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Was able to practice in an area I was comfortable in with people that were experienced in it as well. Sometimes lawyers aren't specialized in certain areas, but everyone in my group was well educated in our field. It made the workflow go much more smoothly.

What did you not like about this institution?
This is a larger firm than I was used to working in. It is very diverse and it can be confusing as to who is working where on what, etc. It takes some time to get acclimated.
