They cover 100% of medical insurance does not come out of your check

Certain attorneys are not good at communicating what needs to be done in better detail they are just very brief to the point you gotta ask questions and one attorney specifically has a really bad attitude with workers and they really like to play favorites they treat different people differently. They also accuse people of money stealing without any evidence. They do not trust majority of workers with money etc.

Strive to reduced redundant processes to be more effective in task management.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Genuine diverse people work at this firm; there is no backstabbing or counterproductive office politics. Office atmosphere is great because there a sense everyone is working towards one common goal; helping people at their worst moment. Health insurance; many employers now days weasel out of paying for insurance or offer really crappy coverage.
What did you not like about this institution?
Other than workload due to the nature of the practice, I don't see negative aspects in working or this firm. The three month evaluation period when you are hired; it is nerve racking to have an evaluation period over you for 90 days!

There are not partners to avoid; everyone is really reasonable and genuine. I have worked for Ofelia, one of the partners, since 2009. I have nothing, but good things to say about Ofelia. Like the other partners, Ofelia does not demand perfection, what she demands is honesty in your abilities and expertise; deficiencies or embellishments in a resume will be noticed.

Everything, congenial atmosphere, the opportunity to be who you are (with in reason) while you work, parking is great,
