Good pay and high bonuses for top performers. Credit is always shared. They really promote you as a young lawyer if you do great work.ConsIt's a bit sink or swim. If you can't cut it, aren't a quick study, inflate your billings, cheat the clients or won't work hard -- you're out. Not much in the way of second chances.Advice to ManagementSpend more time on the front end investigating attorney and staff backgrounds more carefully to avoid having to let people go.
