Take some of the money that's being made pretty handily on these bigger cases and invest back into the firm to grow its size.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Management here is very approachable and they have a true understanding of employee needs. The firm continues to expand and I look forward to being a part of that. They offer a great benefits package and they also reward good employee performance.

What did you not like about this institution?
The only real drawback is the size of the firm. Even though it's growing there is just no room to move up right now.
