Employees look out for each other.

Every employee leaves after 6 months. Salaries are low compared to work load. Benefits are bad. It is way too demanding and stressful to work there.

Amazing work culture, fantastic place to learn with a boss that is generous with her time and encourages you to learn and try your hand at new things, will help you out of your comfort zone and develop you as a professional. Determined to see you succeed.

How could this employer run its business to employees or the public better?
Great leadership and vision, employees that are willing to grow and learn will find a forever-home here, the firm is constantly evolving with an eye towards best practices, teamwork is a common thread and everyone helps and cares about each other, and is really invested in making sure that client's needs are met. This is a great place for people who are interested in developing themselves, not for those who want to do basic work.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The comradery among the employees was great, the staff was very helpful.

What did you not like about this institution?
Irina was very difficult to work for. You never knew what "version" of her you would get. She fostered a very negative work environment. She said she wanted to help us grow and become better people but would frequently pit her staff against each other and micromanage her staff. Her demands and expectations were unrealistic and unattainable and she would become very hostile when any staff member tried to explain that to her. No one has stayed more than 6 months due to burn out causing a very high turnover rate. Multiple staff members attended therapy after working for this firm.
