Management needs to pay more attention to employees and let go of those who are holding others back. Having good team work is important, but is not an excuse for other employees to be lazy.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This firm offers a good environment that promotes group activities and team work. They really emphasize the importance of working together and helping those who need it. They want everyone to get along and make sure that employee satisfaction is quite high.

What did you not like about this institution?
Unfortunately, when it comes to helping others and stressing this importance, it makes some employees lazy and others have to pick up their slack. Management does nothing for the employees falling behind and leaves others to pick up their slack.
