What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Cultivate a better working relationship between management and everyone else. The job would be wonderful if it was more pleasant to go to work.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
There isn't enough that can be said about how wonderful it is that this firm puts family first. There are amazing benefits that come with the job, and the employees are largely pleasant to work with.
What did you not like about this institution?
The management at this firm is simply awful. Hard work is not rewarded, and there is no true room for advancement here.
