What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I think the management should implement programs that teach some associates to treat some of the clients as something more than just financial means for our goals.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The atmosphere that the work place here gives employees is something that motivates us to really pay attention to the details of our cases. I like the people I work with. There is good pay and benefits to be had, as well as a great culture.
What did you not like about this institution?
If there is a flaw here it's that we kind of don't put enough emphasis on making sure we develop good working relationship with some of our clients.
