What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
The firm would run a lot more efficiently if the bureaucracy here were significantly curtailed. It's very hard to get things done as it stands right now.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The partners at this firm are incredibly engaged with their associates and they foster an environment of camaraderie that makes working here an enjoyable experience.
What did you not like about this institution?
There is a lot of red tape that needs to be cut through sometimes. The bureaucracy here is very well developed, which can be frustrating at times.
