A Good Place With Some Conflict on May 19, 2024 - Current Employee Mr. in San Francisco City,

Current Employee

What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Improve the staffing at locations and spread the work around with other attorneys. I think this would reduce some of the case load and make it easier for attorneys and paralegals to do their job.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I worked there for five years. I found that the firm was involved with the community and was well known. The location I originally worked with was great with great staff and senior associates. The case loads were good and there was a number of interesting cases while I was there. When I moved locations is when things changed.

What did you not like about this institution?
I moved to a different location and it was night and day. It was understaffed and the paralegals were overworked. The management had no understanding of work-life balance and I suffered for it.
