What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
There need to be classes for learning how to communicate effectively for management. Staff should be rewarded with a higher salary. Rewards should be handed, such as gift cards to promote appreciation for staff.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The environment created at the law firm is positive and full of staff that has open arms. There are opportunities here to grow in one's career.

What did you not like about this institution?
Some of the benefits are not ideal for many of the staff. Management does a poor job of communicating with them. Some of the employees feel like they are not appreciated.
