People. Definitely avoid the people

Hire people who are humane and empathetic. People who don't judge you for your personal issues

What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
This firm needs to offer a better balance for work and home life. If employees are becoming burnt out, then soon they will leave and create more of a revolving door.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This law firm has a great work environment with people that have positive attitudes. Everyone seems to get along and management works well with their employees. HR was also available to those who needed them and was always quick to respond to emails and messages.

What did you not like about this institution?
Unfortunately, this firm can be demanding at times. Work hours are unpredictable and can be long many weeks at a time. Burnout is common in this firm and there needs to be a better balance of work and home life.
