Take this firm for what it is. It is a small firm with a small town feel so you won't be in a fast paced environment. Your work will be routine so make sure that you are looking for that kind of work.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Working for this firm has been great. Everyone is friendly and helpful. These people become like family and look out for each other. The work is routine and the hours are flexible. Pay is comparable to other firms but wins out on the ability to be flexible.

What did you not like about this institution?
The firm hasn't grown much in years because their staff has been there for years and are content with the way things are run. There is little chance for advancement because of that settled environment.

1) Treat your employees with RESPECT AT ALL TIMES 2) More personalized Training to job description rather than extensive general training for all OR more hands on or shadow training rather than 3 weeks of youtube videos.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Female lead Business allows for a more understanding work life balance;

What did you not like about this institution?
Management is temperamental and straddles the line of hostile work place environment at seemingly random times; Turn over rates are HIGH because of this; "Extensive" Training on specialized system with redundant practices can be annoying

How could this employer run its business to employees or the public better?
All staff (other than direct Management) were awsome and friendly- really a pleasure to work with.

Staff are not disposable.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Most of the staff are great to work with.

What did you not like about this institution?
The staff turnover is very high because the environment is hostile. The focus is so high on new clients that the existing ones fall to the wayside. Things change like the wind and there is little to no consistency. The hardest part of the job is not crying at work when you are given impossible tasks. If you like to get paid on time this is not the place for you. Pay was not good compared to the stress and the hours are very long.
