What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Hello and good afternoon, my name is Violeta Marquez and I contacted your agency to help find my son on 5/2/2022. I immediately paid the $500 to find him as by this point we were in a panic to see where he was, however I feel as if your agency should refund me this fee charged. All the information you had provided to us we had already gotten from either Luis himself or his state provided attorney. We even gave all info to Alba and the following morning she tried to tell us we had incorrect information without double checking it. Along with this when my son called the law offices to get advice on what to do his call was immediately declined. This is unacceptable, I feel taken advantage of during a time of great pain and stress. Your offices falsely claim you found my son and his inmate ID # when all you did was come in after we had already provided all the info. One of your representatives even had the bolas to claim your agency did all the work and found my son - what work did you do? We made the calls, we searched for him and you guys only came in after the fact and just repeated the same information. Maybe we jumped too soon in hiring your agency for this but I wonder how many people who don't know any better have just let this $500 be paid for no real services rendered. I'd appreciate a response when possible, thanks!

Tuvieron la capacidad de decirme que si ayudaron a mi hijo, cuando no movieron ni un solo dedo y mi parte favorita es Disque te tratan como parte de tu familia y si . Sólo se aprovechan de las familias desesperadas
