The firm needs to do a better job with training their employees. Many feel like they don't know what to do and will leave in the future if they don't know how to perform.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This firm is quite large and offers a lot of room for growth. Great compensation and benefits are offered to their employees and management does its best to ensure employee satisfaction. They offer wage raises on a consistent basis and do what they can to make new and current employees happy.

What did you not like about this institution?
The training for this firm could be a lot better. Employees have stated that the training process was quick and unsuccessful towards their working career. Many felt unsure of their work due to a lack of proper training and dedication.
