Outstanding place to work on Aug 04, 2026 - Current Employee

Full time Current Employee

What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I would like this firm to grow so that it can help more people.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I enjoy my co-workers and way we collaborate. It’s also very rewarding to help our clients through very challenging times and see how grateful they are for how we helped them.

What did you not like about this institution?
Sometimes we have to work under pressure and deadlines, but that is true of all firms doing this type of law.

People, departments, offices, products, services and whatever comes to mind that should be avoided at this institution
Nothing comes to mind.

How could this employer run its business to employees or the public better?
We could benefit from more hands-on training at times.

Outstanding Work Environment With Focus on Clients on Aug 04, 2026 - Former Employee

Full time 2025 Former Employee

What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I would like more hands on training.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
They have a remote work policy when I was there. The people are nice. The management is nice.

What did you not like about this institution?
There is not much to not like. Every work environment has their issues.

People, departments, offices, products, services and whatever comes to mind that should be avoided at this institution
There is nothing to avoid. It is a small office.

How could this employer run its business to employees or the public better?
This is a poorly written question. This firm focuses on the clients and that is the most important thing.

I AM NOT A CURRENT OR FORMER EMPLOYEE I AM A DISGUSTED CLIENT (FORMER) WHO WANTED TO SAY THE TRUTH!!! on May 19, 2024 - Former Employee Mr. in San Francisco City,

Freelance 2022 Former Employee

What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
My advice would be that if you are going to take a case or consider taking a case that involves medical mistakes that ultimately caused birth defects or worse than maybe you should put your entire staff through some classes about autism, special needs, motherhood and emotional trauma that all of this causes to people and teach your staff what empathy is and how to at least FAKE IT!!

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Nothing really, I did all the work for nothing....the girl I worked so closely with and confided very personal experiences and medical history with was gone one Monday with no notice and I have not heard back from the firm since then...they have all mine and my minor child's confidential medical records, history and couldn't even give me an answer one way or the other of whether they we're going to take the case. waste of my time...money...and so disappointed that I could throw up!!

What did you not like about this institution?
UNPROFESSIONAL!! UNCARING!!! NO RESPECT WHATSOEVER FOR HIPA PRIVACY LAWS!! JUST A VERY EMOTIONALLY UPSETTING EXPERIENCE FROM START TO FINISH!! THIS IS EXACTLY WHY I DIDN'T PURSUE THIS LAWSUIT YEARS AGO WHEN MY SON WAS BORN....I KNEW IT WAS GOING TO BE A BUNCH OF BULL AND I DIDN'T HAVE THE TIME, ENERGY OR EMOTIONAL STRENGTH...SO AFTER SEEING MY CHILD STRUGGLE EVERY SINGLE DAY OF HIS LIFE AND GETTING A BETTER PICTURE OF HOW MUCH THIS MEDICAL MISTAKE WAS GOING TO EFFECT HIS LIFE I THOUGHT I WOULD GIVE IT A TRY FOR MY SON IF NOTHING ELSE. AND THIS IS WHAT TREATMENT I RECEIVED. THNKS!!
