Change the Bully Bosses! They are too mild.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I especially enjoyed being humiliated by both father and daughter bosses! They displayed a natural flair for bitterness (father) and bitchy-ness (daughter). Most impressed with daughter's preference to place herself by computer within close proximity to the staffing area, pretending to work, to enable effective spying, monitoring, micro-managing and listening to staff conversations. You see, it is boring in one's own office, where one would be required to perform actual legal work, don't you agree? It is more fun to join the playground.

What did you not like about this institution?
I like everything about this firm. The hostile environment, negativity, zero joy, toxic culture! It does wonders to my toe nails.

People, departments, offices, products, services and whatever comes to mind that should be avoided at this institution
Avoid going home. Stay and work 24/7. Work-life balance is over-rated.

The level of unprofessionalism and immaturity displayed by the staff is truly astonishing. Instead of creating a professional and respectful work environment, Robert seemed more interested in shouting and screaming at each other. It was like being in a playground rather than a place of business. To make matters worse, some staff members have filed complaints with the MOM about their experiences within the firm. This speaks volumes about the lack of leadership and empathy within the organization. What's even more alarming is the shockingly high staff turnover rate at Ho&Wee Law Firm. It's no surprise, considering the toxic work culture they foster. It's evident that the management fails to address the concerns of their employees, leading to an environment where talented individuals are driven away. This revolving door of staff speaks volumes about the lack of leadership and disregard for employee well-being.
