What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Be more loyal to staff. Dont threaten mass firings. Leave the dogs at home Bc accidents do happen. And Monty people do t like being jumped up and k Ickes into by big pit Bull mixes.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
It’s small, so you never fell overwhelmed or overworked. It’s laid back (in some ways). If you like mimosas for breakfast as a once in a while treat, paid staff lunches a couple of times a month (that’s pretty generous and appreciated), and if you love dogs, this is the place for you.

What did you not like about this institution?
Being told you’re all the best staff ever one day abd then the very next day the whole staff being threatened with a mass firing by the same partner with no reason. And back and forth. No loyalty. When I was there several staff including an attorney just up and quit. One went on a work errand and left.Just didn’t come back..not even a word. If you don’t like dogs, you’ll have to deal with them anyway. Complete with the occasional accident.
