What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Learned about Trusts and Estates. It was nice dealing with the clients, and hearing about their personal story. The end.

What did you not like about this institution?
Secretive, micromanages, pompous attitude, no trust, cheap, & expects employees to put in extra hours for free, no health benefits, meal breaks are frowned upon, no PTO time (except for the boss), demeaning attitude towards employees, make a mistake and never hear the end of it- ever. Dishonest & will never own up to her own mistakes.

Continue to: have a positive working environment, help in the growth of the employees and being a firm that foruses on the quality of work.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
A very positive working environment with incredible coworkers and a very helpful boss. Juliet Gavriel is a very knowledgeable and helpful employer. She encourages excellent work and is interested in the wellbeing of all of her employees. Being a small firm, everything is very transparent and there are no room for secrets or negativity from anyone. She trusts each and every one of her employees. She compensates us all very well with 2 weeks paid leave and 2 bonuses each year. I have been working here for a little over a year and I can say that it has been a very good learning experience for me. She is very generous with compensation when she sees the employee is working seriously and making an effort.

What did you not like about this institution?
There are no compelling negatives about the firm; it is a great place to learn and practice estate planning and grow yourself in the legal field.

This is a one attorney law firm and there is no one that should be avoided; attorney and employees included.

How could this employer run its business to employees or the public better?
She helps in the grown th her employees and understand not only our professional problems but personal problems as well.
