5.Former Employee, less than 1 yearGreat Employment OpportunityLegal Assistant RecommendProsAs a legal assistant, I was included in meetings and felt that my position was important part of the process; partners and associates are approachable and congenial to work with; other employees are helpful and everyone works as a team; compensation and benefits were above standard; excellent job for someone that thrives in litigation; management is rewarding of hard work and open to suggestions; systems are well thought out and organized.ConsI can't really think of any cons. I couldn't seem to get control of my work and position, but I attribute most of that to my age and not having as much experience as I would like to have had in insurance defense and working intensely with discovery, collecting records and ongoing discovery issues.Advice to ManagementI can't think of anything. Just keep doing what you are doing. You have some very long-term employees and clients, so I think you are doing the right thing.
