What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
It would be great if the partners can work with some of the attorneys to give more opportunities for financial rewards in accordance to the extra care they put in regards to some cases.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I really like the working and professional relationships that the attorneys here are encouraged to have with our clients. We deal with a lot of important cases and it's great that our work culture and environment has a positive attitude.
What did you not like about this institution?
The pay and benefits could be a little better. But that is something that isn't even much of an issue considering that there are bonuses and incentives.

What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
They will not change. Several attorneys have been with the firm for 40 - 60 years.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Attorneys are solid and well versed in their practice of law. They go the extra mile and pay close attention to the law and their clients.
What did you not like about this institution?
Staff suffer unmercifully due to hiring constraints and from a general lack of support and respect from HR. There are a few prima donas in this old-boys firm which requires one to have a tough skin. Rules are different for certain folks.
People, departments, offices, products, services and whatever comes to mind that should be avoided at this institution
