I would not change a thing. Employees are happy and clients are happy. Continue to treat your employees well and success will continue.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This firm really emphasizes a team-approach to work which I love. Each client gets two attorneys; therefore I always get a right-hand man. The work environment is unparalleled.
What did you not like about this institution?
I've tried to come up with a ""worst of the firm"" but cannot think of anything. I love my job and highly recommend it for anyone looking for a team-focused setting. If you want to be highly independent, then you could consider that a worst of the firm.
