What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Make everyone feel welcome and make the environment a comfortable place to start out in, and in turn, you will have long term employees that want to work hard for you.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I liked working there. It was a good start to my career and a nice pedestal to greater things. I would recommend anyone to try and work there. It's enjoyable.
What did you not like about this institution?
I feel like there is this stigma around newer employees and having them try and prove their worth to the firm. It is really quite apparent and quite uncomfortable at the beginning.
