What did you not like about this institution?
I worked as a legal assistant at SmithAmundsen LLC for less than a year and my experience was disappointing. The training I received was not very comprehensive and I often felt like I was left to my own devices.
Advice to Management: Invest in better onboarding processes to help new employees feel more supported and prepared for their role.
