What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
If you are into government issues, and enjoy being out of the federal government, this is the perfect firm for you. It is also a great springboard to other work, including agency work in DC. But if you want something else then it will not be a good fit.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I have enjoyed working here since I was hired. They have some of the top cases in the country and you are always working on very high end issues, from regulatory to national civil rights cases. The firm also has top agriculture practice cases.

What did you not like about this institution?
You really need to be into USDA and Washington DC type issues or you will not like this firm. It can get very detailed oriented and very time consuming. You can be spending hours a day on issues that deal with crops in Iowa.
