This firm has an expansive practice. You can learn and work in any of several areas of the law. You will be able to broaden your horizons as a lawyer and even make yourself more marketable for other future opportunities.

What did you not like about this institution?
Competition at this firm is fierce. Your fellow associates are all working to get the same prize: an offer of partnership. You will feel that pressure day and night as you keep late hours at the office. The pressure is not for everyone.

Management needs to focus on a more team-oriented environment. While some competition is good for any business, employees should not have to look over their shoulders every other second.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I was able to work on a variety of different cases which helped me to gain invaluable experience. I also enjoyed some of the company perks and holiday parties.

What did you not like about this institution?
The work environment was extremely competitive. Although we were supposed to be a team, I felt like my co-workers were my enemies at times.

Consider paying people more to bring up the wages to pay with other firms that do similar work as this one.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
You will go into work every day with knowing what to expect with just the right amount of surprises to keep things interesting.

What did you not like about this institution?
The pay here is not up to par with other similar firms for basically the same amount of work as here.
