This firm needs to stick with the promises they make to employees. Creating false promises only leads to unhappy employees and a revolving door atmosphere.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This firm does a great job of making employees feel welcome when you join. They provide you with gifts and bonuses to make you feel special about your new position. This firm also welcomes you each day with a smile and warm welcome.

What did you not like about this institution?
Unfortunately, this firm does not keep their promises. They tell you they offer promotions at the start of your employment but hardly anyone gets promoted. They also make other promises about weeks being average work weeks when in reality they're well over 60 hours a week. This firm lies to their new employees and when old ones realize this behavior they leave.
