What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Have a clearer path to moving up and making partner so that good people don't wind up leaving. Find a way to expand and growinstead of being so stagnant.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
It's a smaller firm so you get more work and have a very good support staff. It's a very friendly place to work and you are treated with respect.

What did you not like about this institution?
The track to becoming partner and advancing is very unsure and limited because of the small size of the firm. They don't do much pro bono work either.

What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I would like to see the current management replaced with a set of members that will take their job seriously and will better handle employees that are prone to getting very aggravated.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The pay is excellent, some of the attorneys are very friendly and helpful, and there is plenty of over time to go around as well.

What did you not like about this institution?
Some of the attorney's take their work too seriously and this led to a few blow ups in the office between various staff members. I also felt as though management did not take enough action.
