What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Partners and superiors at the firm should take some time to get to know about some associates who deal with some of the more important cases.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The firm takes care of a lot of important cases. And since I take my job seriously, I don't mind the stress that comes with the job. The associates here are also willing to help each other out.
What did you not like about this institution?
I think there tends to be a lack of recognition from the superiors and partners at the firm for certain associates that deal with some of the more important projects.
