What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
There needs to be some greater upward mobility. I think this would motivate associates to continue working at this firm.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Brach Eichler is a very good place to work if you love the numbers side of being a lawyer. They do a lot of cases in that area, and have a steady flow of work that's available for you. They have a fantastic support team and give you everything you need to be successful there.
What did you not like about this institution?
Because the firm is pretty large with a couple of hundred people working there, you can get lost in the shuffle sometimes. It's not bad, but you do need to stay on your toes and keep your irons in the fire there.
