What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
You're able to recruit great attorneys; you just aren't able to keep them. Change needs to begin at the management level. It can get better if you take the necessary steps!
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I feel like management is very respectful towards attorneys. I feel listened to, but not necessarily like what I've commented on has been used to make positive change.
What did you not like about this institution?
This job is not where myself or many of my colleagues see ourselves long term. There is lots of room for improvement in terms of policies at the firm.
