Have ways for employees to move into upper positions, so you can keep them and allow them to further their careers. That would make everything great.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I have really enjoyed my time at this firm. It is a genuine place that has a lot of people that work hard for their customers. I feel that I'm doing something good here.

What did you not like about this institution?
I feel that I will outgrow the firm at some point. I don't think there are many spots in upper management that people can move into.
