What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Organize the office more and slow it down, as this kind of work environment is not healthy for the employees. We need more tools at our disposal as well so we aren't all trying to use the same things one after another.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Pay is pretty fair, I would say even more than fair actually. Benefits are what you would expect: no more, no less. There is room for improvement with training and additional courses that the firm provides.

What did you not like about this institution?
Worst of the firm: It can be a bit chaotic and volatile. Stress levels are high working here and it's very fast paced. The hours are long as well and you can be expected to work more days than expected.
