I think that if the partners made their expectations known more clearly that things would be a lot better here. More upward mobility would also be nice.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This is a well-established firm with good contacts and a steady stream of incoming work. The pay is pretty good, as are the benefits.

What did you not like about this institution?
As the title says, there isn't much room for advancement here. There's no formal training program and partners aren't very accessible. Expectations are not always clear, and it can be hard to know what is expected of you.

This firm needs to have more management or the current management needs to be more present. If not then the firm will become too chaotic and people will leave.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The starting pay for my position at this firm was quite good compared to other places in the area. I also had a good work schedule and never felt overworked. The overtime was there for those who wanted it but wasn't manditory by any means.

What did you not like about this institution?
Management could be a little more present at this firm. Some days they were present and other days they were missing in action. Some days it would be extremely chaotic and management was nowhere to be found.

Keep your work your top priority and they will make sure that you are compensated well for your time spent here.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I've been with Wagar Richard Kutcher Tygier & Luminais, LLP for 3 years now and I can confidently say I'll spend the rest of my career here. It's been absolutely wonderful.

What did you not like about this institution?
If you're allergic to hard work, then you might want to consider another firm. You will be pushed hard and be expected to perform well.
