What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Allowing the staff to do their job and help with the case work would ease the stress off the attorneys that work there. It would make things easier for everyone and keep the firm more relaxed.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I always enjoy coming into work every day. My coworkers are like me and look forward to working in law. The staff is happy, upbeat and is generally laid back. One of the best things about work is how humorous everyone can be and how it's like working with a group of friends.

What did you not like about this institution?
The attorneys here are often not as fun loving as the staff. They often seem stressed and aren't keen on letting others help in major cases even if we are there to help. Sometimes they seem almost protective of their case work and don't want to let anyone else in on it.
