There need to be more associates that are completely new to the field to balance out some of the old school processes that are in place.

Working at this firm feels like working with my family. Everyone tends to get along well with each other and will take the time out to really help you when it is needed.

What did you not like about this institution?
There tends to be quite a lot of old school thinking and ways of handling things that are difficult to get accustomed to.
