The leadership team should consider the current state of the firm and how they will continue to attract talent. Well trained lawyers do not want to work in a place where they cannot advance.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The support staff here were all incredibly efficient and detailed. I don't think the firm could run nearly half as well without them!

What did you not like about this institution?
The lack of upward mobility eventually drove me away. I want to grow my career, and this was not the right firm to do that in.
