This firm either needs to lay off more employees or work harder to obtain more clients. If many employees are complaining about the lack of work they are receiving, then maybe downsizing would be a better option.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The firm has a good balance of work and home life. They allow employees to take time off if needed and give them opportunities for vacations. Employees state that business is often slow, which gives opportunity for employees to take more time for themselves.

What did you not like about this institution?
Unfortunately with this firm running slowly, many employees are not able to make ends meet. Many only work part-time and seem to struggle with paying bills and working to their best ability. It's difficult to be enthusiastic about work when employees are employed less than 30 hours a week.
