This firm does amazing legal work for its clients, and I believe that the secret to their success is the way that they value their employees. From day one, I saw that everyone at the firm was not only appreciated for what they brought to the table professionally, but also for who they were as an individual. I instantly clicked with all of the members of the team, and honestly, it was an awesome experience. There is no drama at this office! Everyone works together to get the job done, and at the end of the day you go home feeling great about what you have accomplished.Employers like this one are few and far between. The managing attorney takes the time to ensure that you are excelling at what you are doing. He also helps you set goals that keep you constantly working toward bettering yourself, and it is very rewarding. You end up being more productive than you ever thought you could be, not because you have to, but because you want to be!And let's discuss the FUN factor! The firm planned activities outside of work that allowed us get to know each other better. It was awesome to be able to say that I enjoyed hanging out with my coworkers!If you want to be happy and fulfilled with the type of work that you are doing, this is the place to be.
