What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Consider moving to a large building with more parking spaces that is in a good location. I have been late a couple times because I couldn't find a parking spot anywhere near the location.Maybe introduce an employee of the month or quarterly employee report that recognizes the best workers.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Large firm with plenty of big cases to go around, I was given lots of opportunities with my first year of work to improve through training and experience with big cases.The pay is well above the medium and there is plenty of room for promotions.I was offered a great health plan and given a bonus in my first year at the firm.

What did you not like about this institution?
While most things financially and involving career growth are great, some things are lacking.The location of the firm is not great, parking is limited and sometimes you have to walk a couple blocks just to get to work.The work environment is fast paced and stressful a large amount of the time.There is no employee recognition.
