Actually caring about your clients by paying attention to their phone calls or repeated emails. Stop trying to force employees to be your friends and hang out with you

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
It’s a job, and if you cannot find any other means of income it will do while you search for a place of employment that doesn’t make you dread every day.

What did you not like about this institution?
The partners are lacking in integrity, honesty, and legal expertise. The unauthorized practice of law is sanctioned due to laziness. A majority of partner time is spent gossiping about employees to other employees and engaging in inappropriate relationships.

People, departments, offices, products, services and whatever comes to mind that should be avoided at this institution
Both. One doesn’t care about his clients and is completely self absorbed and the other is a ticking time bomb who will ruin everyone’s day if he is unhappy

How could this employer run its business to employees or the public better?
Leaving and knowing I never had to go back. Having to work there was difficult and the knowledge that you didn’t have to see them again was a great feeling
