Have more open positions in management to allow individuals to stay around that enjoy being there and want to further their career at the firm.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This is a great place to learn and grow. I learned a lot while I was there and had a great time. The people there are great to work around.

What did you not like about this institution?
I had to leave as I thought there wasn't room for me to progress further than where I was. I needed to go somewhere else to continue my career.
