What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I would say that it wouldn't be a terrible thing if everyone was a little less tightly laced. Everyone is always very intense, but still professional.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I currently work for Keosian Berberian LLP. I was hired a few months ago and so far have been really happy with how the firm works. Everyone is professional and pulls their own weight, which wasn't the case unfortunately at my last law firm which will be nameless.

What did you not like about this institution?
I guess it can count as a con, but the associates here are serious work-a-holics. They really do go all out and the firm can be busy at all times of the day.
